Been a good week, Saturdays weigh in was 60.9, sadly not reflecting the good weight loss this week due to becoming a bloated whale on shark week sigh, next week should reflect twice as nice though hahaha
136.2 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
