Feeling relatively good after a couple low carb/cal days. I am beginning to see muscle I never knew I had. Will continue with low carb/cal for the rest of the week and I'll do my best over the weekend. I feel a slight weakness in my lower back. This is probably due to pushing it on the dead lifts and my form is going a little south. Will do a light day today and make sure form is perfect. I took the XR ritalin at around 8:30 am but my mind was still racing around 11:30 pm. Im not sure why this is. Maybe my body just has to get used to it. I have a theory on why my dieting has not been as successfull as I would like. Its because when I eat low carb/cal for a few days, my body really fights back with hunger. I alwayse end up giving in and eating a decent amount over my metabolic rate. I need to learn to controle my reefeed days to around maintenance calories with out being too restrictive.
