YIPPEE!! Finally a couple of pounds have fallen off!!!!
207.8 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 7.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

1121 kcal Fat: 29.30g | Prot: 46.19g | Carb: 177.16g.   Breakfast: non dairy creamer, brewed coffee, Jams and Preserves (Dietetic, with Sodium Saccharin), Tofutti better than cream cheese, Food for life brown rice bread. Lunch: water, salad greens, black beans, Tofutti better than cream cheese, Trader Joe's Chicken Chili Verde. Dinner: iced green tea, Trader Joe's Organic Red Quinoa, chicken sausage. Snacks/Other: water, Trader Joe's Scottie Dogs licorice, plum, Trader JOe's Ginger Snaps. more...
