Really started trying since Monday, I have decided to go low fat (no more then 20-25g a day) and have lost 3lbs so far, It’s tough for sure but if it were easy everyone would be skinny!
166.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 37.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
