Weight is up as usual for the time I am home. This time was a little harder to stay disciplined, we celebrated the holidays this time I was home. New Years was a calorie overload, and we still had delicious food for a few days after. I’m also pretty mad at Santa for giving me so many turtles in my stocking. Back to work next Wednesday and I am hoping i will still be around 205. If that is the case I should be sub 200 when I come back. Everyone keep up the great work, and thanks to everyone for the support and kind words
206.3 lb Lost so far: 46.7 lb.    Still to go: 21.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
