hey there. i need to start eatinmg better again . i started to eat a lot of fast food again. i need to put everything in here like i used to. it helped me keep track even if it was bad stuff to eat.
ill weigh myself at the gym after work today hopefully i dnt weigh a lot more in the late hoursa of the day...
140.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
