well thats not so good, put on 0.8 of a kilo, trouble with all those Christmas leftover twiglets, cheeselets etc.
Also a few drinks new years eve.

Got the daughter and grand daughter visiting for a week tomorrow so next weeks not going to be any better.
259.5 lb Lost so far: 53.8 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
