No big changes with the weight.....getting ready to start the New Year!!

Flying today (Business), first time in nearly a year. Too many changes, but love the Challenges.

Made the Group Exercise Class, although convinced myself to attend the 5:30am. Not bad, but 4:10 comes early!!
166.6 lb Lost so far: 26.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
