Well have had some ups and downs. I had a not so healthy food week-end and little real movement since my last post. But this morning I walked to the Post Office and got a few things done and I am sitting at 4800 steps so I am pretty pleased with that. After chasing the Old Man down a bit, I landed at 251.5 Which I am relatively pleased with since at one point this week-end he told me I was up to 255!
It's a bumpy re-start but I DO still feel committed and I DID where my pedometer most of the time the numbers were just way too low to brag about :)
