Way too much snacking on crappy food choices led to gaining. Time to put the brakes on this upward trend. I have gained 17.5 pounds since the summer of 2018. I am so tired of the roller coaster.
170.8 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 40.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
