Constant I see. I guess this is where my weight finally decided to level off. Well I am hoping for a constant 131 by weekend. Then 1lb per week there after.
132.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
