Unfortunately I am up a pound this week. Been having alot of pain in my left hip, knee and calf. Cause of this pain? Unknown. I keep telling myself that it is because of age or inactivity. But the weight does not help either. I am stuck, can't seem to get my mind on the right track, like a free willed, undisciplined child, I am running wild with an appetite out of control. I just consumed a whole bag of dark chocolate almonds on the drive home, and now feeling guilty about it. It was not that I needed the chocolate almond, I just had them. I needed some other insight or inspiration! On the next step or minute or hours or day, I cary on.
