I ate bad on Friday and Saturday. I ate pretty good on Sunday and Monday. I work out on Monday for about an hour and worked out this morning for about an hour and 15 minutes and lost 1.5 lbs.. I am so pump right now. I feel like I can do anything.. I am ready to get down to the teens.
220.5 lb Lost so far: 47.5 lb.    Still to go: 12.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

1530 kcal Fat: 58.91g | Prot: 109.67g | Carb: 142.85g.   Breakfast: coffee, half and half, watermelon. Lunch: gulden's mustard, Kraft Light Mayo, small french Roll, lettuce, tomatoe, turkey, pepper jack cheese, Chicken dumpling soup. Dinner: Butter (Salted), Mexican Corn, Whiting. Snacks/Other: Stauffer Fully Frosted Animal Cookies, Chunky Salsa, Scoops! 100% White Corn Tortilla Chips, Grilled Chicken Breast. more...
