I read a study that people who weigh everyday lose more weight. So that is what I will do. Yesterday, I ate very healthy and I felt
so good at the end of the day!
327.4 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 148.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
