Today is the day I start my damn journey. I say this almost everyday with no success 🤦🏼‍♀️, but today I really need to get serious about my eating habits. I’m not doing this as a New Years resolution. I just really want to be snatched for my 30th this year! 🤩 I seriously need some motivation! 🥴
174.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
