Still recording all my food intake and drinking lots of water. I did Zumba for 1.5 hours today. By 6:30 I was already over 10,000 steps.
144.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
