Always nice to see such a big drop!

Then you wake up to reality and know its just the water weight thats coming off.

Either way, it feels lekker not to be so bloated!
305.6 lb Lost so far: 96.1 lb.    Still to go: 58.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
