Did well during the day at Sea World, but came home hungry and ate
too many carbs including a Luna Bar and chocolate biscotti. Blood sugar was up 110 for second day i a row. Amy as given me some hints on hidden carbs. Need to be vigilant about high blood sugar due to MGUS.
159.6 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 9.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
