I'm really surprised the scale is down 6 lbs! I started eating different - a salad everyday for lunch, better meals at dinner, minimal snacking at night. I only used the treadmill once due to no time. I've noticed my work pants aren't tight this morning - what a relief! I felt like I was squeezed into them before. I'm really glad for this progress, but I know how my weight loss works and I'm not fooled by this! This was fairly easy, the rest won't be! But, I will forge ahead, continue to eat well and try my best to get on that treadmill more often. I need to make time to get to the gym after work and use the elliptical (which, surprisingly, I really like - once I got used to it and didn't feel like I was going to fall off of it!). I'm happy with my first week :)
169.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

What a brilliant weight loss, Its great when things start this good. Its like a bonus and 1-1 1/2 lb a week now and you'll have yr weight off by Christmas, Great going,

Hey Carmel! Happy Monday morning to you :) It's a great start, but I'm not fooled!!!! It's too easy for me to fall back into my old habits...then the 6 lbs are back!!!!!! I'd very much LOVE to lose all my weight by Christmas...wow, can you imagine???? Have a great day, my friend :)
