Well, as of yet...I did not gain, I did poorly over the past few days. Yesterday was a little difficult. Went to Cynthiania and for one a meal, I had all cut up veggies, closest thing I could find that would be guilt free.
Tomorrow we head on vacation , this will be a challenge
