Yes, pretty awesome considering how much I ate including half a box of cereal and a whole pack of Graham crackers in a huge bowl lol.

you must have a very strong internal engine( fire) , to be able to metabolize that kind of food. That is a blessing and I wish you much health and strength along with a long fulfilled life alongside your beautiful family. Happy Holidays Sir Diablo 🙂

Happy Holidays! Yes, my average intake is 3500 calories this month. I will try to aim for 3200 for next month for a slow cut.

My goal is to lose slow with a small deficit while maintaining strength and muscle. Not chasing a scale weight. Next thing you know I'll be avoiding solid foods and begin running off all my lean mass.
