I forgot to check in yesterday lol. I'm proud of myself for still sticking with my diet even though we're getting close to Christmas, which of course means lots of sweets and other tempting things. I used to over eat on Christmas but this year I'm determined to stick to my guns and not give in.
206.8 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 43.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
