scales are very iffy, lost a pound but put on a kilogram.
Maybe santa will bring some new ones
257.7 lb Lost so far: 55.6 lb.    Still to go: 15.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Alan, I just use my leather belt. Handy to gage weight gain and handy to clout yourself over the head with if it starts to get tight! 😂
