Had girls night out with my daughter in law. Water weight due to higher sodium levels, just water weight. Hope full get it down today. Christmas is coming up Tuesday.
168.0 lb Lost so far: 16.4 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
