It's been a challenge both to enjoy the holiday parties and to keep weight gain to a minimum. One setback has been the sprained knee and ankle that have kept me from going to my chair yoga and balance/aerobics classes all month.
130.6 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 5.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.1 lb a week
