After a 10 mile run yesterday!!!!!!!!
119.6 lb Lost so far: 9.4 lb.    Still to go: 11.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1855 kcal Fat: 135.28g | Prot: 98.35g | Carb: 84.66g.   Breakfast: Egg, Vanilla Soy Slender Soy Milk, Cream (Half & Half), Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal. Lunch: Advantage Coconut Almond Delight Bar, All American Flame Grilled Meatless Burgers, Creamy Havarti Cheese Deli Slices. Dinner: Strawberries, SLENDER SOY VANILLA, heavy whipping cream, Finely Shredded Italian Mozzarella & Parmesan Cheese, Eggplant. Snacks/Other: Pepitas Chili Lime, Cocoa Powder (Unsweetened), Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil, Endulge Nutty Fudge Brownie Bar, Walnuts. more...
