So I weighed myself on monday and was 196. This was quite amusing. The high carb refeed combined with alot of food still in my system from sunday (4k healthy) is my guess. After a lower cal/carb day monday I was 192.4 and makes perfect sense. My body fat seems to be lower and am looking forward to seeing where I end up weight wise after a week or so of reduced carbs/cals. My hunger seems to be worse than usual. I can't seem to figure out why. I would think it would be better after the refeed. Will do 10 mg ritalin a day on top of my usual 2 12 oz cups of coffee. Hopefully I will make it!
192.4 lb Lost so far: 22.6 lb.    Still to go: 5.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
