I try to stay around 800-1300 calories per day. Of course some exercise makes all the difference in the world. Stay away from my EX-girlfiend Cindy. She is the hot little carrot cake down at the local bakery (Sweetbay). Her cousin Karla (another hot carrot cake)is usually found at Publics. These are bad girls! Sugar is not good for me. Sugar leads to diabetes. My Father died from complications caused by diabetes.

I ran out of my Medifast fod and will order more. Of course it is human nature to say that none of the diets are that great and we can do it on our own-sure! Well some of the best points about the Medifast products are; low sugar, low fat and high protein! I am at the stores all the time reading labels and so far no one can match the proper ingrediants like Medifast. The prices for their products are in the normal range. The portions are smaller as go the calories. When I eat Medifast food I end the day around 800 calories. When I go elsewhere it is 1300. So do the math! It takes 3500 calories to lose a pound. With Medifast I will lose an extra pound per week faster! Conclusion, stay on Medifast.
