Kenapa yah BB gk turun2 sdh hmpir 2 mnggu? Padahal Gym rutin 5 - 6 x semnggu,,makan di BMR bhkan twrkadang d bawah BMR...temen2 ada saran gk yah? Mhn advice nya buat senior,,,tq
