Back on track after spending a week in Dallas to celebrate my first great grandsonā€˜s birth and cooking thanksgiving dinner for my large family😊.
226.2 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
