what's weird and has happened twice is after putting on weight whilst being strict, I've had a blow out day (around 2000 cals abs30 carbs) and that gets my weight loss ball rolling again.
192.7 lb Lost so far: 22.7 lb.    Still to go: 47.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
