Damm you xmas pagan festivities !! It's very difficult to lose weight when there is constant food and drinks on offer, and I can assure you it's not celery sticks and water !! And since I am too weak willed to say no )most times) the weight loss is a little sporadic. I haven't checked the last weigh ins, but i was (from memory) 93.5 when I went on holiday, and came back about 96, then went down to 91.5 last Saturday, then put on 2kg that night (big night :) ) and now it's taken me a whole week to get back to where I was last week :)
When I started losing weight (July 12), my goal was to be 90kg when I went on holidays on Dec 19. I am not quite going to reach that, but I will be about 91 (possibly 90.xx ?), but with all the weddings, holidays, xmas, and just tuesdays :) thrown in there, OI am pretty happy with how it turned out.
I have another holiday next week (cambodia for 2 weeks), so will no doubt put on 2-3 kg over the 2 weeks. That's ok, I'm good with that ! My new goal is to be 80 kg by about march / April - and then I will re asses what I look like and if I need to lose any more (I'm pretty stocky, so I doubt I will ever be 70kg or whatever the bmi thing says I should be)
Anyway, this is my last update for about 3 weeks. Have a good xmas and new year. Go hard on the food and drink, and worry about it next year :) Cheers !!
202.4 lb Lost so far: 62.2 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
