Woo hoo! Feeling great about the 4kg weight loss so far, I feel like this time i'm going to get it off and keep it off! :)

Trying to figure out how to edit the dates in this thing, I can't so i'll write here to remind myself - On Tuesday, 26th Feb, weighed 85kg. That's when I started calorie counting and since then have lost 4kg already! :)
178.6 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 24.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
