Have adjusted my calorie ration down to 1400. Goal is 250 calories per meal and snacks and stay gluten free. So far, so good on eliminating wheat from my diet. There's lots of Gf products out mostly from rice so need to keep up the fruit and veggies for fiber sake.
185.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 27.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 29 August 2010:
1532 kcal Fat: 68.05g | Prot: 62.33g | Carb: 167.97g.   Breakfast: Maple Syrup , Spread made with Yogurt, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds) ,  gluten free waffles. Lunch: PC Asiago Cheese, Spaghetti/Marinara Pasta Sauce, Pasta Joy Ready Brown Rice Pasta - Fettucini Style with Rice Bran. Dinner: peanut oil, tomato, colby jack cheese stick, ground elk, mission yellow corn tortillas extra thin. Snacks/Other: Turkey Snack Bites, GF oatmeal and chocolate chips cookies, Quakes Kettle Corn Rice Cakes. more...
