Overall, the Maintenance plan is working . Trying to stay in the 2300 to 2500 Daily Calories. The new phone has helped, it is measuring Calories burned in a 12 hour time period. I have set a goal in the 1,000 level each day.


It does help when I WO in the morning, as it is nearly 600 Calories during that time period!!

Time to find a new Breakfast Routine???
167.2 lb Lost so far: 25.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
