All in all I think I did well today. My boss brought in lunch from her favorite restaurant and invited me to share. However, I had already had my lunch. I did partake in a little of it (and by little I am saying maybe a 1/4 cup of risotto).

I was at the gym earlier this morning. I did not make it to Yoga. However, I *will* be at pilates on Thursday.
282.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 127.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
