Getting back into the tracking, I am thankful I did not regain more
209.2 lb Lost so far: 39.8 lb.    Still to go: 69.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I can get away with not writing it down for one day, then I stray too far. Force myself to write and see it...

For myself, using the food diary is not only necessary for staying on track, but is also a fun way to make my daily menu fit my requirements. I've even begun to log those indulgent cheat days, instead of burying my head in the sand! Turns out they're not as outrageous as I'd assumed they were 😊😜

I gained 18 pounds during my logging siesta and now paying for it. Glad you got off lighter.

Great job getting back to what you know works! I confess I’m horrible at logging on here but I keep track of calories on pen and paper that I keep on my fridge. That way I know as I grab something to write it down. If I know a meal in advance I put in log early. 😊
