What a horrible day of food yesterday. Again, not entirely within my control... But still, the weight continues to drop. My double target is 210, but I don't think I'm going to consider it "hit" until I see a weight on the scale below it. So I may be celebrating tomorrow, though I think it's more likely that I'll see a bump up: I've not seen one of those for a while, which is odd considering the state of my diet recently.
