Okay is that level of activity less or more than before? Your caloric intake often seems a bit high. I know you are staying within your points (that's GREAT) but the way to punch past this plateau may well tryin to stick to 1500-1600 calories as well as your points. Just a thought! Plateaus are aggravating! Find a way to shock yousrelf off it. Adding the exersize could do it, but so could evening out your calories just a little. You can do this!! Hang in there!

Try to evaluate the total sodium for the day and how late your are eating. Look at your water intake, too. Water really key, to clearing out our bodies of the sodium and other toxins. Trust me, I understand... my chart has been staying with in the same 2 lbs for months, but with all the health issues, I spose I should be thankful that it's not climbing. Nothing good comes from being hard on yourself! Look at the positive and look at what you CAN change, one step at time... YOU CAN DO THIS!!

OMG i feel the same way. I have been watching what I eat, watching prtions, upping my daily activities and such. And I am staying within about a 5 lb range. And the lst 2 weeks I have added evening walks ... Grrrrrrrrr I have not lost an OZ. Its frustrating!!!!! Just wanted to stop by and let you know you are not alone! Hugs Denice

It'll be okay. Take some nice calming breaths. In....OUt......In...OUT. Okay feel better? You are on a life long journey. I didn't lose weight the first month too. Just keep going. I've notice in myself and in other people here on FS that there is a LAG time in weight loss/gain. I'm sure you'll see changes next month. Don't let a machine (scale) discourage you to the point of not being healthy. It'll go down. I read somewhere the following, "There is no value in feeling shame, guilt and self hate...we are not failures because we have a failure. Failure is being unwilling to start over." Keep it going Mrs. Johnson! You can do it! Girl power.

Give your body time. When I was on WW, the same thing happened to me. Continue doing what you're doing, up your activity and maybe watch what you're eating more closely...you can do this, don't give up. Stalling is completely normal during weight loss...hang in there...nobody said it would be easy, only that it would be worth it...and it will be...
