Staying the same . Average daily intake for last week was 2178 cals. Was higher because I went out Friday and Saturday eating and drinking quite a bit more. Been really active though all week and weekend with work.
142.0 lb Lost so far: 61.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
