My core muscles are a lot stronger and harder and more defined. When I lie in bed, I do isometric exercises just tightening my stomach and thighs and butt for the count of ten. It feels so good and then the relax part feels more relaxed. I imagine sinking into the bed three inches. Some great challenges we are having.
158.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
