So on fridays i touch 52 kg 🤪 and then the weekend comes.... with alll its glory and temptations 😂😂 and then on Mondays i start again ...... vicious cycle 😂😂
116.4 lb Lost so far: 11.7 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
