Injured my back and had athletes foot which put me behind 10 days. Pedometer average a day is up to 6000 to 7000 not including the 1/2 hr daily workout in the pool (walking laps). Calorie intake averaging 2200 per day approx. eating from all food groups wisely (proportioned). Blood Glucose down on average to 7 mmol from 9 mmol. I went to the Elton John concert last night (it was EXCELLENT!) and in a moment of impulse bought an XL Leather Concert Jacket ($400, mother is still upset with me...), it almost fits!lol Seriously, it fits well except I can't do up the zipper; it will be my goal to fit into this beautiful jacket by next spring/summer... wish me luck!
