Haven't been able to exercise the last week or so and haven't been eating the best I could... Family problems, stress... But things should smooth out here soon I hope. Still lost a 1lb though! So still on track even with the "speed bumps" in the road! :) Should be able to start exercising today again, so that should ramp up the losing!
