Last weekend I went away for the weekend and didn't eat well and it sure does show on the scale. It took the whole week to get the water weight off and show a small loss. I have come to the conclusion that I cannot eat any grains or have any dairy because my body retains water. The grains aren't a huge deal because I developed a severe wheat allergy I have stayed away from grains for the last year. But dairy is another story. I love chocolate and cheese and yogurt. I need to do this though if I am going to reach my goals. Hoping for a more substantial loss by next weigh in.
199.8 lb Lost so far: 10.2 lb.    Still to go: 74.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.4 lb a week
