OK, I didn't gain too much after Ren Faire it seems. Unless it all hasn't settled yet. =/ I'm still under 168, and right now I'm happy with that small goal.

I did do the Shred today, so here's hoping I can keep up with exercising. I am going to try to push myself, in hopes of getting down to 158 by October 23 (my Halloween party). I won't fit into my old Ren Faire costume this year (it's a small - sigh - I didn't realize I was in my 130s for weight when I bought it). I do have another idea, though, which would mostly be using bits of old costumes, so I need 158 or under to fit into a skirt I wore in 2006. Eep!

I also did several measurements today (waist, belly, upper arms, hips, thighs, bust). If I don't drop a lot in weight and gain muscle instead, I'm hoping to slim down at least!
167.8 lb Lost so far: 7.2 lb.    Still to go: 42.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
