Lots of walking and reduced calorie intake of around 2000 calories less everyday for 5 days helped me achieve 3 pounds less. Feeling good, wish I coukd curb the night time eating, its hurting me.
363.0 lb Lost so far: 27.2 lb.    Still to go: 98.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

3246 kcal Fat: 130.74g | Prot: 135.99g | Carb: 405.96g.   Breakfast: Almond Fresh Almond Nogg, Ketchup , Kirkland Signature Pesto au Basilic, Dempster's Multigrain Bread, Costco Quinoa Salad, Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich. Lunch: Avocados , Half and Half Cream, Honeydew Melons , Cantaloupe Melons , Egg. Dinner: Broccoli , Casserole or Mashed Sweetpotato, Baked or Broiled Salmon. Snacks/Other: Chapman's Ice Cream Sandwich. more...
