Wow...I had no idea that changing to a Gluten Free/Dairy Free way of eating would show such quick results. But I am very happy about it. Right now I am not purchasing any special gluten free flour to bake with. So the only thing that I have had that is even close to bread is Gluten Free tortillas from Trader Joe's. I took them with me to my daughter's house and forgot to bring them back with me..oh well, another shopping trip is in store!!
