Went to the gym again and walked along with exercise. Hangin in there!
221.5 lb Lost so far: 19.5 lb.    Still to go: 41.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Hi - It's Glenn, you're doing great. This challenge is the best thing for me. I think I'll get to around 190 some time in October if I stick to under 20g of carbs a day. This site really keeps me motivated. Then I'll have to stay on like you with everyone else not to gain back. I started to slowly recently. This place is great to keep us all on the right road. You can do it - I was over your weight when I started now I'm hovering around 200! Best wishes -- keep goin' --Glenn :)
