Did good yesterday, even tho I wasn't home... So far so good today... Just got back from the pool had a nice nice long swim... :) Trying to stay strong...
297.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 137.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
